Viv is one of the founder directors of 3HUB Case Management. She is a highly supportive, pragmatic clinician who prides herself on understanding and helping others realise and develop their true potential. She is a relentless believer in the power of collaboration and teamwork.
Viv has over 30 years’ experience as a rehabilitation professional. An OT by background she acquired her clinical and managerial training over 25 years in the NHS and as a rehabilitation consultant in Canada. She has a high level of clinical skill in the assessment and management of the physical, emotional, and social needs of people affected by complex traumatic injury through a multidisciplinary approach and goal orientated framework. Viv is an empowering advocate for her clients and is a highly skilled communicator who focusses on developing the positive and trusting relationships which are key to successful recovery outcomes.
Viv has been responsible for the setup, development, and management of an award-winning multidisciplinary NHS specialist community neurological rehabilitation service. She has a background in clinical training and is an experienced mentor and supervisor for case managers working in the field of catastrophic injury.
Viv is an advanced practitioner member of the British Association of Brain Injury and Complex Case Management (BABICM). She is also a current serving council member for BABICM.
