Rosie is a caring, dedicated case manager who strives to ensure her client’s receive tailored, timely and high quality rehabilitation to address their needs. She has over 20 years’ experience managing complex cases and multi-disciplinary neuro-rehab teams.
Rosie is a BABICM Advanced Practitioner, an accreditation she received in 2019 as recognition of her experience and expertise supporting clients with acquired brain injury. She quickly develops trusting relationships with clients their parents and family. She has been brought in on several cases where previous case management has been unsuccessful. Her calm, assured approach means that solicitors and clients quickly build up confidence and rehabilitation progresses in a timely manner.
Rosie takes care to form high quality, bespoke neuro-rehabilitation teams that match the client’s needs. She has an excellent network of clinicians. In order to achieve the ‘hands-on’ style of case management that Rosie prides herself on, she has a maximum caseload number of 8 clients to ensure she has the capacity to fully meet the needs of all of her clients. Communication is a key component in rehabilitation. Rosie gives confident and articulate feedback, ensuring that all parties are all kept regularly informed through Progress Reports, meeting minutes and email updates.
