Paula’s broad experience, with a varied specialist experience, make her adept at identifying and assessing client need, engaging and co-ordinating skilled therapists, finding imaginative and workable solutions to complex problems and negotiating with a wide range of professionals, clients, and stakeholders. She is resourceful and practically minded, providing leadership to clinical and non-clinical staff whilst co-coordinating safe, high-quality care to improve clients’ experience, outcomes, and aspirations.
Paula drives collaborative working towards shared goals; is exceptionally client and solutions centric in approach; possesses excellent advocacy skills and is passionately proactive.
