Nicola is an Advanced BABICM Registered Practitioner with over 12 years of experience in implementing rehabilitation for adults and children with complex and catastrophic injuries and conditions.
Nicola has a strong interest in and vast experience of a wide range of conditions including brain injury, cerebral palsy, spinal injury and amputation. Throughout her career she has worked with both children and adults and always ensures the service provided is holistic and tailored to the individual’s needs. She strives for clinical excellence in everything she does.
Nicola is skilled in coordinating care, support and rehabilitation for her clients and is very experienced in multi-agency working providing efficient and timely intervention. She demonstrates proficient interpersonal skills, being able to adapt her personable approach to gain the respect and trust of clients, their families and other professionals involved. Nicola has excellent experience in recruiting and managing care and support packages for individuals with complex needs.
Nicola is a longstanding member of the BABICM Professional Practice and Membership group and an Advanced Practice Assessor.
