Donna offers over 32 years of registered general nursing and children’s nursing experience, in clinical and community settings, with 8+ years of medico-legal case management experience.
Her vast clinical experience enables Donna to take on a wide variety of cases from birth to the elderly. Case management specialisms include neonatal birth injury, acquired traumatic brain injury, epilepsy, orthopaedic polytrauma and spinal cord injury, behaviour management and mental health conditions associated with brain injury.
Donna is adept at developing and overseeing complex care packages via care agencies and directly employed provisions, completing care plans, and supervision, to ensure the highest quality of care for her clients. Donna works collaboratively with professionals and has built up a robust network of leading service providers. Donna works in partnership with claimant representatives and insurers to ensure that the injured party makes the best and quickest recovery, within the limitations of their injury and/or diagnosis, whilst working within the guidelines of the 2015 Rehabilitation Code.
