As a highly experienced rehabilitation case manager in catastrophic injuries, Sinead brings many years of expertise in clinical and leadership roles both as a rehabilitation case manager and more recently, a clinical team lead to a newly developed service in this industry. She is an Occupational Therapist who specialises in traumatic brain injury, multi trauma, amputation and psychological injuries. Sinead has experience in adult acute, community and secure settings where she has delivered client centered evidence-based rehabilitation plans for their optimal recovery.
Sinead has considerable experience as a case manager working with a range of clients including those with severe traumatic brain injury, lower limb amputations, psychological trauma and orthopaedic injuries.
She has supported a range of complex clients, from those with high level cognitive difficulties, to those with severe physical, cognitive and neurological injury.
Sinead recently developed and led a new team of high performing rehabilitation case managers in the London region with excellent outcomes. She is highly skilled in delivering induction and training programmes to her peers and colleagues as well as support staff involved in her client’s care. Sinead is a strong advocate for the importance of regular supervision in case management in order to maintain a high level of clinical expertise.
