She consistently builds excellent working relationships with clinicians in the NHS and private sectors as well as the insurers and solicitors.
Sarah is based in Scotland and a highly experienced case manager and occupational therapist with over 10 clinical years of experience mainly in neuro rehab within community settings and has wealth of experience working within local authority to assess for and facilitate the provision of large scale adaptations.
She works with adults and her specialist areas of interest are brain injury, cord spinal injury and complex orthopaedics/poly trauma, including the management of post traumatic symptoms often affecting mental health and behaviour.
Having worked as a claims handler in motor insurance Sarah has a unique perspective of the claims process and a good understanding of the legal processes both pre and post settlement.
Sarah enjoys working collaboratively with all the healthcare professionals involved in her client’s care, and actively facilitates and encourage communication between all parties.
