Samantha has extensive experience working with children and adults. She is passionate about getting the voice of the child heard in the litigation process whilst bringing together the family and multi-disciplinary team around them to get the best possible outcome.
Samantha is a nurse specialising in working with children and young adults with learning disabilities and has over 30 years’ experience in rehabilitation, with clients with moderate to severe brain injury, children with cerebral palsy, ASD, those displaying behaviours of distress and those with mental ill health. She is experienced at assessing for home packages of care, recruiting support worker teams, and ensuring that they receive robust training and supervision.
Her caring and conscientious approach enables her to develop strong therapeutic relationships with her clients, their families, and the network of support employed around them both privately and through statutory services. She is proactive in facilitating her client’s rehabilitation and is skilled and well-practiced at working efficiently and effectively under pressure to meet deadlines within agreed budgets for the best possible outcome.
