She is a skilled clinician, who currently works with complex neuro trauma and catastrophic injuries, with a special interest in Traumatic Brain Injury. She has a sound clinical knowledge in steering the best possible rehabilitation outcomes for clients.
Ruvini has extensive clinical experience of assessing and managing complex brain, spinal injury and complex orthopaedic/polytrauma in adults.
She qualified as an occupational therapist in 1996 in Edinburgh. Since then, she has worked in Acute, Rehabilitation and Community settings in Australia and the United Kingdom.
Ruvini can commission the right therapy teams as well as care for complex clients and her extensive knowledge of statutory services enables her to obtain the best outcomes for clients working to achieve joint funded care packages to working with the NHS consultants.
Ruvini has a clear understanding of the legal frameworks that surround clients working competently as an advocate for them throughout their journey to recovery.
