Ranjith has extensive expertise as a brain, orthopaedic and spinal cord injury case management specialist, having been part of the Spinal Injuries Association (SIA) Case Management Service. His experience is rooted in clinical practice and training gained within in-patient and community neurological and orthopaedic rehabilitation teams, which has provided him with a deep understanding of both neurological and complex orthopaedic care.
Ranjith’s comprehensive knowledge encompasses the physical and psychological effects of catastrophic injuries. He is deeply committed to re-integrating clients into their communities by identifying and addressing their holistic needs, helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals. His approach focusses on understanding what matters most to his clients and their families, ensuring that personalised care is at the forefront of his work. With a master’s degree, extensive experience managing mental health, cognitive, and memory issues, and a strong research background, Ranjith’s achievements include winning the VERNA WRIGHT PRIZE from the Society of Research and Rehabilitation. He stays updated on current local and national policies, including National Service Frameworks and NICE guidelines.
Ranjith’s clinical background spans over 14 years in the NHS, where he worked in various departments such as orthopaedics, accident and emergency, and community-based specialist services, including Rapid Response. Additionally, he served as a First Contact Practitioner and Supervisor, further strengthening his hands-on experience and understanding of diverse medical conditions and their management.
In addition to English, Ranjith is fluent in Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, and Kannada, which allows him to connect with a diverse client base. His dedication to continuous learning and development ensures that he remains at the forefront of best practices in rehabilitation and care.
Ranjith has four home base locations: Croydon, Greater London; Guildford, Surrey; Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire; Crewe, Cheshire and is happy to travel from whichever base is most practical for clients across the UK.
