Joyce is a motivated and empathetic case manager and occupational therapist with over 25 years of experience, 5 years of which as a medicolegal expert for care, case management and occupational therapy.
She is highly skilled in the assessment, management and support of adults and children with a diverse range of complex physical needs and associated mental health/psychological trauma as well as challenging behaviours. She is a Best Interests Assessor. She has a wealth of rehabilitative experience and is committed to helping her clients achieve their goals to maximise their recovery and quality of life.
Joyce supports her clients using a tailored, cost-effective, collaborative approach, ensuring that each client’s individual and diverse needs are understood and met. She is a strong advocate for her clients and their families and works hard to get to know their values and priorities. She is highly experienced in drawing together effective care and rehabilitation teams to reflect this, delivering positive outcomes.
