Case Manager Assistant

Jilly is a highly driven, focused, and organised individual with excellent communication skills and ability to work sensitively with complex clients and their families.

Jilly has experience with clients with brain injury as well as complex polytrauma and orthopaedic injuries.

Her roles have included working in a PA capacity and as a Rehabilitation Assistant. With a strong business and finance background, she has also worked closely with occupational therapists to set up, help run, and support clients with business ventures.

She has a passion for working with children and was a school governor at a local primary for six years. She also has over five years’ experience working as a private maths tutor, where she works with children and adolescences across a broad spectrum, but specialises in students with additional needs.

She works extremely well with multi-disciplinary and care teams, picking up the treatment programmes and instruction to work autonomously with clients yet providing clear and measured feedback to the team.

Jilly is familiar with the litigation process pre-settlement and the deputyship framework under the Court of Protection.
