Fiona is a dedicated, compassionate and hard working case manager with a comprehensive clinical background. She is a well-established case manager with an excellent network of contacts that enables her to achieve optimum outcomes for her clients.
Historically, she gained experience across a wide range of NHS acute inpatient and outpatient settings, and went on to specialise in upper limb injuries and hand therapy.
Since becoming a case manager in 2012, Fiona has been able to quickly develop effective working relationships with clients, their families, and treatment providers, as well as developing long standing relationships with solicitors and insurers.
Fiona has extensive experience in managing clients with a variety of injuries including complex poly trauma, upper and lower limb injuries and amputation. Fiona understands complex psychological trauma and works with clients and their families to navigate the complexities of recovery following difficult life changing events.
Fiona is a veteran of vocational rehabilitation, having gained specialist training in functional capacity evaluations; she has a proven track record of successful graduated return-to-work programmes.
