She is a strong advocate for her clients and their families, and highly experienced in drawing together effective care and rehabilitation teams to deliver best outcomes and maximise their potential.
Emily has worked as a case manager since 2009; cases have included adult and adolescent acquired brain injury, complex orthopaedic/polytrauma injuries, spinal injuries, and birth injuries. Working as an occupational therapist in the NHS, charitable and private sectors, Emily developed highly specialist clinical skills in brain injury rehabilitation, including clients with altered levels of consciousness.
Having worked as a Care Expert, Emily has a good understanding of the litigation process and receives instruction from both solicitors and insurers. She is a director with the newly formed Institute of Registered Case Managers (IRCM).
Located in Cornwall with another base in Surrey, Emily is happy to travel as is reasonable and practicable for the client or case.
