Eliot was appointed as my husband's case manager, and he has played a pivotal and important role in providing help, guidance and support to both my husband and myself. He has a great sense of humour, whilst at the same time, he is always professional, showing empathy and sensitivity when needed. He has helped me immensely with recruiting and managing our care team as well as supporting me with staff supervision, appraisals, and other administrative tasks. He has always been a willing and knowledgeable source of help in managing my husband's rehabilitation from a brain injury by putting us in touch with specialists or by suggesting relevant training or equipment.
