Case Manager Assistant

Carly is highly trained and experienced as a care and rehabilitation support worker and Manager.  She strives to give individuals the empowerment and guiding hand to enable them to unlock their potential and build their confidence.

Carly has experience of supporting clients with life changing injuries including brain and complex trauma.  She has a sound understanding of the physical, social and emotional impact on the rehabilitation and recovery journey for the client and their family.  She is a skilled leader with an in-depth experience of managing care teams and contributing to the wider multidisciplinary team process.

Carly is hard working and loves to continually learn and gain new skills to increase her knowledge.  Being a mother to three children she prides herself on being very organised, patient and a good communicator and listener!
