Carla is an Advanced BABICM Practitioner and rehabilitation case manager with extensive experience working with adults and their families living with catastrophic life changing injuries, including brain injury and orthopaedic injuries. Carla takes a trauma informed approach that is holistic, sensitive, and empowering. She has a strong awareness of the social and cultural factors that can impact the rehabilitation process. Carla has a particular interest in complex/catastrophic brain injury case management and working with adults who have cognitive communication impairments alongside physical impairments.
