Belinda is a highly experienced case manager. She is committed to ensuring that her client’s needs are met and has a good understanding of the requirement for future planning. She is able to navigate complex issues as they arise and always works with compassion and professionalism. She ensures that I am kept up to date at all stages and has a good understanding of the litigation process. She is excellent at communicating with clients, explaining the process and ensuring they have a full understanding of the recommendations and the MDT’s role. She is empathetic to the needs of the client and provides the required level of support to progress their rehabilitation. I would not hesitate to recommend Belinda as a case manager and it is a pleasure to work with her.
