She specialises in supporting diverse client groups with complex physical and cognitive needs, including those with respiratory care requirements, including tracheostomy and ventilation. She has a strong understanding of the guidelines set by the Vocational Rehabilitation Association (VRA) and the Case Management Society of the United Kingdom (CMSUK). This allows her to apply a thorough and detailed approach to case management, ensuring high-quality care for her clients.
Her experience as a nursing manager and matron in the NHS, has equipped her with skills in coordinating large teams, ensuring efficient, effective care delivery, whilst navigating complex statutory systems. She takes pride in delivering tailored interventions and fostering positive partnerships to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care delivery.
