She has a strong understanding of the guidelines set by the Vocational Rehabilitation Association (VRA) and the Case Management Society of the United Kingdom (CMSUK). This allows her to apply a thorough and detailed approach to case management, ensuring high-quality care for her clients.
Her experience as a nursing manager and matron in the NHS, has equipped her with skills in coordinating large teams, ensuring efficient, effective care delivery, whilst navigating complex statutory systems.
