Alex has been working as a case manager since 2016 across both the children’s and adult sectors, managing complex neurological and behavioural conditions, birth injuries, acquired brain injuries and trauma-based injuries. As a specialist case manager Alex has developed a sound understanding of the needs of clients with highly complex conditions and is skilled in the collaboration and oversight of interdisciplinary teams to ensure any care, therapeutic, and medical interventions are properly meeting the client’s needs. He is a strong advocate for collaboration, working in partnership with all involved to realise positive client outcomes.
